1 Hydraulic Press

Hydraulic Test is the first step before the production of OCTG pipes. During this process, the qualified raw materials are selected to go to the second step-Female Thread Cutting.

2 Thread Cutting Lathe

The steel pipes will be given threads cutting after raw materials' checking. Female and male threads are involved. The most common threads or connections we can make include: BTC, STC, LTC as well as some special premium threads.

3 Automatic Paint Sprayer

All the pipes are given black painting before shipment.

4 Casing Coupling Pre-screwing

The casing coupling pre-screwing is the necessary step before we confirm all the pipes are to be given the right couplings.

5 Marking

All the painted OCTG pipes will be given right marking as per API 5CT Standard.

6 Storage

High Booming Pipe company has a large warehouse, which can prevent the finished products from wet-rusted and dust before shipment.
