1 Scope

 DIN17175 standard applies to seamless tubes including tubes for headers of heat-resistant steels which are used in the construction of boliers, pipe lines, pressure vessles and equipment for service up to 600degrees and at simultaneous high pressures . 

2 Delivery Conditions

The boiler tubes shall be supplied suitably heat treated over their entir length. The following heat treat shall be used depending on the type of steels; 

---Normalizing 

---Subcritical annealing

---Hardening and tempering with continuous cooling from the hardening temperature and subsequent tempering 

---Hardening and tempering with isothermal transformation 

3 Specifications

4 Size: 21.3-610mm Wt: 2-30mm 

5 Tests to be done by TPI ( Third Party Inspection or In House): BV, SGS, MOODY, CCIC

6 Loading Port: Tianjin port ( or other China port) 

7 Packing: in bundles or in bulk as per the loading requirements 

8 Surface: with or without anti-rust paintings based on PO 

9 Payment Terms: TT, LC
